Siqi (Suzy) Wu is pursuing a PhD in Chemical Engineering and joined the Bazant group in January 2023. Suzy received a BS in Chemical Engineering and Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2022. As an undergraduate, she studied the effect of electric double layer structuring on CO2 electroreduction using di-cationic ionic liquids under Dr. Matthew Gebbie. She is interested in electrochemistry, renewable energy, and entrepreneurship. She is an MIT Presidential Fellow and enjoys good food, travelling, and watching Netflix in her free time.
